Ordering & Shipping Policy
We strive for fast, accurate fulfillment. Depending on inventory, shipping timelines are as follows:
- OCP in stock: Ships same day
- SMC in stock: Ships next business day
- Item not pre-assembled, but components in stock: Ships within 5 days
- No U.S. stock (ships from Japan): Ships in 7 working days
- International orders: add 5 days for handling.
- All parts showing zero stock: allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Additional Shipping Information:
- 99% of orders ship complete within 24 hours, Monday–Friday
- All orders available to ship today or ship tomorrow must be received by 3pm PST.
- “Stock Ship Today Air” orders placed before 10:00 a.m. PST usually ship the same day
- Orders placed on Friday–Sunday are scheduled to ship the following Monday
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes — a physical street address is required
- Orders with different shipping and billing addresses may require verification; ensure your shipping address matches your credit card to expedite
- Refused orders are charged for original shipping plus return costs
- Partial shipments may incur additional charges
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns or exchanges must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
- SMC “Policy Items” returned within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Credit is issued for 75% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

Accepted Payment Methods (Domestic):
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal
- Net-30 terms available for Fortune 500 companies and publicly traded NYSE companies for orders over $1,000 (subject to credit approval)
- Net-30 orders require a corporate Purchase Order (emailed to sales@ocaire.com)
Wire Transfer Payments:
- All orders can be paid via wire transfer
- Some international orders must be paid via wire transfer (contact +1 714-312-5531)
- Instructions emailed within 72 hours; orders ship once funds are confirmed
International Payments:
- Accepts 8 payment methods, 15 languages, 30 currencies (including TRY, USD, EUR, JPY, and more)
- Orders placed by credit card internationally must include a shipping account (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
- An 8% surcharge applies to all international orders
- Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes
