TD

TD/TID series is a highly flexible fluorine resin tubing that was designed for installation in small spaces. The denatured PTFE fluorine resin tubing was developed to realize high flexibility, while maintaining the same heat and chemical resistance as the series, TL/TH. TD/TID series is suitable for industries that require heat and chemical resistance and conforms to Food Sanitation Law.

TH

Fluoropolymer tubing series TH is available in 4 color variations (translucent, black, red, blue) and 8 size variations. Applicable fittings include high purity fluoropolymer fittings series LQ, One-touch fittings series KQ2, KJ, miniature fittings series M, MS and insert fittings series KF. Applicable applications include food, medical care, semiconductor, automobile and general pneumatic piping.

TID

TD/TID series is a highly flexible fluorine resin tubing that was designed for installation in small spaces. The denatured PTFE fluorine resin tubing was developed to realize high flexibility, while maintaining the same heat and chemical resistance as the series, TL/TH. TD/TID series is suitable for industries that require heat and chemical resistance and conforms to Food Sanitation Law.

TIH

Inch size, fluoropolymer tubing series TIH is available in 4 color variations (translucent, black, red, blue) and 11 size variations. Applicable fittings include high purity fluoropolymer fittings series LQ, and one-touch fittings series KQ2 and KJ. Applicable applications include food, medical care, semiconductor, automobile and general pneumatic piping.

TIL

Series TIL high purity fluoropolymer tubing is available as standard in inch sizes of 50' and 100' rolls. The TIL series has outstanding corrosion resistance, compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases and ultrapure water. The TIL series is also compatible with maximum fluid temperatures of up to 200°C. *** We are currently experiencing long lead times for some TL and TIL (material: Super PFA) tube. We recommend using TLM/TILM (material: PFA) and TH/TIH (material: FEP) series. Please contact your SMC representative for more information ***

TILM

The TILM is an advanced flexible, heat and chemical resistant tubing that is compatible with a wide range of fluids, and can resist temperatures up to 500°F. This tubing comes in four colors – red, black, blue and translucent. In addition, the size and length variations have been extended allowing you to select exactly what is needed in 9 inch size options. The TILM can also be ordered in seven different lengths from 2 meters straight type up to 100 meter rolls. Developed to be combined with our extensive line of fittings, the addition of the TILM tube provides a complete solution for your piping equipment needs.

TL

Series TL high purity fluoropolymer tubing is available as standard in metric sizes of 10m or 20m rolls. The TL series has outstanding corrosion resistance, compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases and ultrapure water. *** We are currently experiencing long lead times for some TL and TIL (material: Super PFA) tube. TLM

The TLM is an advanced flexible, heat and chemical resistant tubing that is compatible with a wide range of fluids, and can resist temperatures up to 260°C. The TLM comes in four colors – red, black, blue and translucent. What is more, we have extended the size and length variations so customers can select exactly what they need in 13 metric size options. It can also be ordered in seven different lengths from 2 meters straight type up to 100 meter rolls. Developed to be combined with our extensive line of fittings, the addition of the TLM tube provides customers with a complete solution for their piping equipment needs.
