Spatter Resistant Tubing

Spatter resistant tubing is suitable for air and water piping in environments where sparks and spatter from welding operations are present. All are offer protection equivalent to UL-94 standard V-0 to prevent flame propagation. SMC offers single, double and triple layer spatter resistant tubing series to meet a broad range of application needs.

TIRS

Flame resistant TIRS soft nylon tubing (Equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0), is available in 20 and 100 meter rolls. The TIRS series is applicable for general air pressure and water in a spark atmosphere such as spot welding. Available colors include black, white, red, blue and green.

TRB

Series TRB flame resistance double layer tubing is suitable for air and water piping in environments where sparks from spot welders, etc., may be a problem. The double layer design uses a flame resistant resin (equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0) for the outer layer. The TRB series is available in a variety of colors. 100m roll is available for all color types.

TRS

Flame resistant TRS soft nylon tubing (Equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0), is available in 20 and 100 meter rolls. The TRS series is applicable for general air pressure and water in a spark atmosphere such as spot welding. Available colors include black, white, red, blue and green.

TRTU

Series TRTU flame resistance three-layer tubing is suitable for air and water piping in environments where sparks from arc welders, etc., may be a problem. The three-layer design uses a flame resistant polyolefin (equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0) for the outer area. The TRTU series is available in a variety of colors and sizes and is RoHS compliant.
