10-SV

The 10-SV Clean Room series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations have been simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

Series 10-SZ3000 is a 5 port solenoid valve, body ported type with a cassette style manifold. The 10-SZ series offers high reliability and long life of 50 million cycles or more. The connector entry direction can be changed from top to side with a simple operation. Low power consumption and a fast response time of 10ms are obtained with a unique pilot valve construction.

10-V100

Series 10-V100 is a compact, light-weight, high flow valve for piloting process valves or actuator applications. SMC's series 10-V100 is one of the most advanced solenoid valves in today’s market. After inspection, products are blown with high purity air (clean bench/class M3.5) in a clean enviroment. Products are sealed and shipped in anti-static double bags.

10-VQD

10-VQD1000 series 4 port, direct operated, poppet solenoid valve offers large flow capacity in a compact, lightweight body. Vacuum applications (up to -100kPa) are possible. Components of the 10-VQD1000 valves that are in contact with fluid are all copper free.

10/21-VQ

10-VQ valves are ideal for applications requiring high speed, frequent operation, stable response time and long service life. Innovative mounting methods allow valves to be changed without entirely disassembling the manifold. Built-in one-touch fittings save piping time and labor.
