Process Valve

SMC's 25A- Process Valve series feature air pilot/direct solenoid operated valves designed using materials compliant with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass, or stainless steel. *Standard Products: Standard products are copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) free.

25A-JSX

25A-JSX series is a 2-port direct operated solenoid valve for general purpose air, water and oil. It has standard stainless-steel enclosure to have superior resistance to both corrosion and water. JSX series utilizes new coil technology to maximize magnetic efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Internal stopper is utilized to reduce metal noise and longer service life. JSX*U series includes high flow and power savings. The power is saved by reducing the wattage required to hold the valve which becomes effective after being energized for more than 200 ms.

25A-VX2

The VX2 series is a 2 port direct solenoid valve for general purpose air. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass, or stainless steel with port size up to 1/2 inch. Resin body is offered with one-touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is also available as a manifold to reduce piping. The 25A- series variations are designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.

25A-VXD

SMC's updated VXD series for air is a pilot operated, 2 port solenoid valve. The renewed VXD is not only smaller, but uses less power compared to the previous version. Available in aluminum, resin, brass, and stainless steel. The VXD series also offers low concentration ozone resistant and oil free options. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 9.5 for the threaded version. The 25A- series variations are designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.

25A-VXZ

The VXZ series is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at a higher differential pressure by maintaing a zero-pressure differential on the valve seat. It is compatible with wide range of fluid. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.7 to 10.2. The 25A- series variations are designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.
