Part Builders - Air Dryers & Main Line Filters - Main Line Filters - AFF Pre-Filter For Refrigerated Dryer

AFF*-D, Main Line Filter

The AFF*-D main line filters are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components. Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AFF series for extended applicability. These particulate filters are nominally rated at 1 micron as an initial stage of cleanliness in an air purification system.

AFF2C-22C, Main Line Filter

The legacy AFF series is an excellent first stage in an air purification scheme. This coarse (3 μm) filter removes foreign matter and droplets to protect downstream dryers and extend the life of more precise filters. Units are easily serviced, and dirty elements can be disposed of while handling only the filter bowl.

AFF70~90D, Main Line Filter

The AFF70~90 improves upon the performance of the legacy AFF with a 1 μm particulate rating and water removal capabilities. Installation space is reduced by integrating the traditional AFF filtering function with the water removal capabilities of the AMG. Additionally, flow capacities are improved for greater applicability. A lightweight stainless steel bowl assembly improves handling and simplifies service.

AFF70~90DS, Main Line Filter, Stainless Steel

The AFF70~90 series significantly improves upon the performance of the legacy AFF with a 1μm particulate rating and superior water removal capabilities. By integrating the traditional AFF filtering function with the water removal capabilities of the AMG, the overall installation space is substantially reduced. Additionally, flow capacities have been improved for broader applicability. The unit now features an all stainless-steel exterior, which provides enhanced environmental resistance for exceptional durability.
