AMD*-D, Coalescing Micro Mist Separator

The AMD*-D mist separators are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components. Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AMD series for extended applicability. These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.01 micron for a second stage of oil removal after a particulate filter and a coarser coalescing unit.

The legacy series AMD micro mist separators range from 1/8" to 1" and feature a rugged aluminum housing. These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.01 micron for a second stage of oil removal after a particulate filter and a coarser coalescing unit.

AMD70~90D, Coalescing Micro Mist Separator

The AMD70~90D series of micro mist separators feature a lightweight stainless steel body for improved ease of handling during service. Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AMD series for extended applicability. These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.01 micron for a second stage of oil removal after a particulate filter and a coarser coalescing unit.

AMD70~90DS, Main Line Filter, Stainless Steel

Series AMD is a secondary stage of coalescing filtration to remove particles of 0.01 micron from compressed air. Applied properly, they can reduce oil carryover to 0.1 mg/m³ / 0.08 ppm or less (ISO8573-1 class 2 oil carryover).
