Fieldbus and IO-Link Controllers

The JXC series of single axis controllers is designed to operate 24VDC step motors while providing compatibility with fieldbus protocols. The controllers support both incremental and absolute encoders and allow for motor operation via step data lines or direct numerical instructions over the network. Beyond movement control, the series facilitates essential fieldbus functions such as status monitoring, parameter setup, return to origin, and alarm management.

JXC*1 for Fieldbus and IO-Link - Absolute Encoder

The JXC*1 is a single axis controller for LE's 24VDC step motors compatible with several fieldbus protocols including Ethernet/IP™ fieldbus. Actuator motors can be operated by calling a line of step data or by direct numerical instruction, each possible over the network. Futher fieldbus compatible functions include return to origin, alarm outputs and resets, parameter setup, status monitoring, and trial runs.

JXC*F for Fieldbus

The JXC*F single axis controller operates LE's 24VDC step motors with incremental or absolute encoders. The Safe Stop 1 (SS1-t) and Safety Torque Off (STO) sub-functions are included. Actuator motors can be operated by calling a line of step data or by direct numerical instruction, each possible via IO-Link or a fieldbus protocol. Further compatible functions include return to origin, alarm outputs and resets, parameter setup, status monitoring, and trial runs.
