JXC51/61 Parallel I/O - Absolute Encoders

The JXC51 and JXC61 are controllers for LE's 24VDC step motors with the batteryless absolute encoders. Enter up to 64 motion control step data with position, speed, acceleration, and pushing force so they can be called in any sequence by the PLC using the parallel I/O interface. Data enty requires laptop software or a teaching pendant. An Easy mode for data entry is available for quick start ups, as well as the more detailed Normal mode. Additional features include separate control and motor power, alarm detection, and in-range AREA output signals.

JXC5H/6H High Performance - Parallel I/O, Absolute

The JXC5H/6H controllers pair with high performance 24VDC step motors. These motors achieve higher acceleration, work load, and maximum speed than standard electric actuators. The included absolute encoder retains positional awareness during power-off using sensors, while eliminating battery replacement and recycling waste. 64 lines of motion control step data and other parameter settings can be programmed with laptop / PC software, or a teaching pendant. During operation, the machine's PLC can call any line of step data via parallel I/O to perform a move.

The JXC5H/6H controllers pair with high performance 24VDC step motors. These motors achieve higher acceleration, work load, and maximum speed than standard electric actuators. The motors in this category include incremental encoders that will need to be re-homed after power loss. 64 lines of motion control step data and other parameter settings can be programmed with laptop / PC software, or a teaching pendant. During operation, the machine's PLC can call any line of step data via parallel I/O to perform a move.
