Manifold Controller

The JXD1-M manifold controller system provides a highly efficient, modular solution for controlling up to 16 axes of LE2 electric actuators through a single gateway unit. By utilizing a manifold configuration that consists of a fieldbus gateway, multiple 1- or 2-axis actuator drivers, and a termination unit, this system significantly reduces the physical footprint and wiring complexity compared to traditional standalone controllers.

JXD1-MDP Driver for Manifold Controller

The JXD1-MDP is a modular driver component of the manifold controller system, designed to host either one or two actuator axes for LE2 series actuators. The drivers are installed between a gateway and a termination unit, allowing for the modular expansion of up to 16 axes (8 drivers) in a single manifold. The driver housing includes specialized power connectors that can be wired to accommodate motor stop switches and lock-release functions for actuators equipped with safety locks.

JXD1-MGW Gateway for Manifold Controller

The JXD1-MGW is the central communication hub for the manifold controller system, coordinating data between a PLC and multiple JXD1-MDP drivers. It supports major fieldbus protocols like EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, and CC-Link and allows for parameter configuration via a USB-C connection to a PC. This gateway manages both control and motor power distribution across the manifold and is a required component for any modular LE2 actuator installation.

JXD1-MTR Termination Unit for Manifold Controller

The JXD1-MTR termination unit closes the manifold controller system after assembling 1 or more drivers to the gateway. Only one connection is made by mating this unit to the last driver in the manifold. The right direct or DIN rail mounting bracket assembles to the rear. It is optional to order this unit separately, but it can also be included within the gateway unit part number.
