LE2FB, High Performance Slider

Similar to its ball screw counterpart, the LE2FB is a high performance belt driven slider built for the JXD1 M manifold controller. Belt drives allow for longer strokes and higher speeds compared to ball screws. It features a battery-less absolute encoder and 24VDC motor, providing a space efficient solution for long distance transport tasks within a manifold controlled system.

The LEFB Belt Drive Slider with a battery-less absolute encoder is designed for long stroke applications where position data must be retained without battery maintenance. By using a belt drive instead of a ball screw, it achieves higher travel speeds and longer reach, making it suitable for material handling and pick and place tasks.

The standard LEFB series provides a high speed, long stroke alternative to ball screw actuators, using a reinforced belt to drive the loading platform.
