Dual-channel chillers provide a custom solution for high-power fiber lasers by integrating independent cooling loops for the oscillator and optics into a single, space-saving unit. The HRLF water- and air-cooled chillers are compliant with the EU’s F-Gas Regulation and the U.S. AIM Act. The HRL standard chiller offers cooling capabilities up to 37kW for regions where traditional refrigerants are still in use.

Energy saving features include a triple inverter to control the power consumption of the fan, pump, and compressor and a heating function that recycles hot exhaust gas from the compressor instead of using a separate electric heater. The immersion pump is sealless which eliminates downtime caused by leaks. The HRL is copper free and includes a deionized water filter as standard; a requirement for high-end laser equipment to prevent internal corrosion.
